B Grade horror movie - enjoyable but for a couple for a couple of dullish sequences. The film is a sort of Greenpeace-RSPCA-modern day ecological horror message movie about what nasty things can happen when people don't look after their environment and do what the "green man" says. Abandoned pooches turn into a marauding, menacing pack once hunger and desperation drive them together. They resort to their instinctive behaviour as members of a hunting pack of beasts. Some fairly decent scenes along the way but the poor dogs never manage to look too menacing despite the best efforts of the make-up man and music composer. Not entirely unenjoyable though, and quite good for a laugh.
